Tri 2 Update

Today was a beautiful day for biking.  Actually watched the sun set on my ride. Nice. Kinda cut my trip a bit short once it was dark and all though.  Still managed to squeeze in 15 miles even with the late meeting at work today.

Bike 15.1 miles – 1:14:45  (717 Calories burned  Ave 159 beats per minute) 

The more I use my Garmin Forerunner 301 the more I like it.
