I have decided to dust off a training schedule I discovered over 2 years ago: Train Like A Navy Seal. I was wanting a little structure in my training… which for me is strange. But I thought, I'd try a schedule and see how it goes.  I plan on easing myself into this schedule by covering the first week over two.  No sense in pulling/straining/tearing something in the beginning.

I decided to do a warmup run today, since it's been a few weeks since my last time lacing up.
