Good bye iPod mini, hheelllloo nano. The new flash based iPod mini is a mere 62% of the size of the old mini and it is SLIM. That and it only weighs 1.5 oz THIS is an iPod for exercising… without the need for industrial elastic to hold it in place. Sizes actually decreased to 2Gig & 4Gig. Now that most people realize that you don't actually listen to music if you MP3 collection is 27Gig… you just spend all day online stealing it.

Jewelry For Nerds
This is for you nerds out there… You know who you are… It's over-priced jewelry made out of electrical components. Like diodes necklaces and resistor bracelets. These might sell for well for novelty sake, but it is hard to pay $400 for a necklace that is made out of compentents that cost pennies.
A Mile A Day…
Keeps the doctor away. A mile swimming that is. That's right, after a year sabatical, I am again training for a Triathlon. No longer a sprint triathlon, but a full triathlon: 1.5k swim / 40k bike / 10k run. (the swim is 50% longer than the typical Tri because it is with the current of the river). I've been getting back into the swim -er- swing of things for a few weeks now, but today was the first time I had accurate timing for the swim. I was pretty happy with my time as my initial goal was to get under 45 minutes. 1/2 Mile Split Swim Time: 21:30 1 Mile Swim Time: 44:19
Tough Love
I – 40 Humor
Traveling down I – 40 I was awaken from my normal contemplation by the sound of my Bel radar detector… not that my speed was in excess of the limit of course… scanning the horizon, I saw an amusing site. A seventeen foot size truck was pulled over by a state trooper. But this was no ordinary truck, it was a Krispy Kreme truck. The site was just – fitting. I wish I could have snapped a pic of the scene, but that wasn't possible as I wizzed by at Interstate speeds. But I think you can see it you mind. :D
