Today at noon, London observed a 2 minute moment of silence. I had the opportunity to watch it live this morning, and it was quite powerful. To see everyone stop their lives and for a moment – reflect and remember the tradegy of a year ago. It was moving.

Tri 2 Update
Another day another ride — except it's been a bit since my last… According to my Forerunner, May 13th! Ouch. Too much time finishing the basement and not enough training. Today's going to hurt.
Oh yeah only did a half distance today and that was plenty.
